The V9 Ultra is sold for off-road and private-land use. At 1500 W and up to 63 km/h it is well above the 250 W / 25 km/h limit for pedal-assist bicycles in Ireland and the EU, so it is not road-legal as a bicycle. Using it on public roads would require moped registration, insurance and a licence. Always wear a helmet and protective gear, and check your local rules before you buy.
